Collecting the UFC Shipping Polic

yAt Collecting the UFC, we are committed to delivering your sports cards and collectibles safely and efficiently. Please review our Shipping Policy below for details on how we process and ship your orders.1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Processing may take longer during peak periods (e.g., product releases or holidays).
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your purchase is processed. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact us at support@collectingtheufc.com (mailto:support@collectingtheufc.com).

2. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam).
  • International Shipping: We offer shipping to select international destinations, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and certain EU countries. Available destinations are listed at checkout. International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Domestic Shipping Options:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days, starting at $4.99 (free on orders over $100).
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days, starting at $9.99.
    • Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days, starting at $14.99.
  • International Shipping:
    • Standard International: 7-21 business days, starting at $15.00 (varies by destination).
    • Express International: 3-7 business days, starting at $30.00 (varies by destination).
  • Shipping Costs: Costs are calculated based on weight, package size, destination, and selected shipping method. Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
  • Carrier Partners: We use trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS for domestic shipments and DHL or USPS for international shipments.

4. Shipping Guidelines for Collectibles

  • Secure Packaging: All items are packaged with care to ensure protection during transit. Sports cards are shipped in protective sleeves, top loaders, or team bags, and high-value items may include additional padding or rigid mailers.
  • High-Value Items: Orders valued over $250 require signature confirmation upon delivery for added security. Additional insurance may be purchased at checkout for high-value orders.
  • Sealed Products: Sealed boxes, packs, or cases are shipped in protective boxes to prevent damage.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or by contacting us.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the shipping date, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or file a claim.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Incorrect Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed off to the carrier. However, we will assist with claims for lost or damaged shipments.

7. Shipping Damage

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@collectingtheufc.com (mailto:support@collectingtheufc.com) with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. Retain all original packaging for inspection by the carrier.
  • We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund, subject to our Return Policy.

8. Pre-Orders and Backorders

  • Pre-Orders: For pre-order items, estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page. We will ship pre-orders as soon as the product is available, but delays from manufacturers may occur.
  • Backorders: If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you and provide an estimated restock date. You may cancel your order for a full refund if the item is not yet shipped.

9. Customs and International Shipping

  • Customs Fees: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase or shipping price and are determined by local authorities.
  • Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Contact your local customs office for assistance with held packages.
